Export Program Reports

You can easily export program Collaboration and Competency program data to csv files. Exported data contains all historical data for a program's current members. Members who have been removed from the program will not show up on the export.

Once you download the csv, you can sort and filter the data to extract the information you want to see using a spreadsheet application, such as Excel.

  1. From a program's Analytics tab, open the Collaboration or Competency report.
  2. Scroll down the page to click the Download button to download a zip file of requested data.

The downloaded file contains two csv files. Definitions for the fields (columns) in each csv are provided below.

The All Rooms Collaboration csv contains collaboration data collected in program rooms since the start of the program. 

Data on actions or activities (posts, comments, files uploaded or kudos) display after the database updates, typically 2 hours after the action is taken.

Note: The csv includes all data from the Collaboration report for current program members.

 

Room ID 

System-generated, alphanumeric ID for the room.

This field can be helpful when sorting and filtering identically named rooms.

Room Name Name that a member or admin gave the room.
Type

Identifies whether a room is Open or Closed.

  • Closed room is restricted to members invited by the room creator or Room Admin. An Open room is open to all program members.

Date Created Date the room was created.
Number of Members The current number of members in the room.
Activity State

Provides the current activity state of individual rooms, defined by the number of comments, posts, file uploads and kudos created since the room was created

You can find this value in the Activity field of a room's record at the bottom of the Collaboration tab in Program Analytics

  • Active - At least one action (comment, post, file upload or kudo) by more than one distinct room member.
  • Less Active - Any actions are performed by a single user.
  • Inactive - No action by any users.

These fields present the total number of identified activities for the room since the room was created.

You can also find these values in the Collaboration Report by hovering on the Discussion field of a room's record, as seen below.

Program Overview .csv

The Program Overview csv contains high level aggregate collaboration data collected across the program and across all program rooms since the start of the program. 

Note: The csv includes all data from the Collaboration report for current program members.

 

Overall Program Collaboration Statistics 

Total number of rooms in program since start of program - count of all rooms created in the program.
Total number of rooms created in last 30 days - count of all rooms created in the last 30 days.
Total number of less/inactive rooms in last 30 days - combined tally of all rooms where there has been no
activityActivities are posts, comments, fIle uploads and kudos
in the past 30 days or any activity has been performed by only one user. 
Total number of active rooms in last 30 days - count of all rooms where at least one
actionActions are posts, comments, file uploads and kudos
 has been taken by more than one distinct room member in the last 30 days.
Total number of posts across program-level discussion - count of all posts made in the program discussion tab since the start of the program.
Total number of comments across program-level discussion - count of all comments made in the program discussion tab since the start of the program.
Total number of files uploaded across program-level discussion - count of all uploaded files in the program discussion tab since the start of the program.
Total number of kudos given across program-level discussion - count of all kudos made in the program discussion tab since the start of the program.
Total number of posts across all discussions in rooms aligned to program - count of all kudos made across all room discussions since the start of the program.
Total number of comments across all discussions in rooms aligned to program -  count of all comments made across all room discussions since the start of the program.
Total number of files uploaded across all discussions in rooms aligned to program -  count of all files uploaded across all room discussions since the start of the program.
Total number of kudos given across all discussions in rooms aligned to program -  count of all kudos made across all room discussions since the start of the program.

 


 

Micro-credentials Submissions Status csv download-competency-button.png    

The Micro-credentials Submissions Status csv contains individual educators' progress on program-aligned micro-credentials.

Data related to newly added program-aligned micro-credentials or collections display after the database updates, typically 24 hours after the micro-credential or collection is added. 

Note: The csv includes all data from the competency report for current program members.

Submission ID

Unique, system-generated, alphanumeric ID for the micro-credential submission.

First Name
Last name
Email
The applicant's first and last names and email are provided in three separate fields (columns).
Status

Provides the current status of all current members' micro-credential applications.  
The four statuses are:

  • In Progress - applicant has clicked apply and have uploaded 1 or more pieces of evidence.
  • Submitted - applicant has submitted the micro-credential application.
  • Granted - the micro-credential was awarded.
  • Denied - the micro-credential was not awarded.
Status Last Modified

Date of the last status update.

Micro-credential Name of the micro-credential.
Micro-credential ID System-generated, alphanumeric for the micro-credential.
Effective CEUs (if applicable) Value of CEUs for earning the micro-credential, if CEUs apply.

 

Micro-credentials in Program or Rooms.csv 

The Micro-credentials in Program or Rooms csv contains a list of all micro-credentials selected by the organization to display in their programs or rooms.

Micro-credential ID

Unique, system-generated, alphanumeric ID for the program-aligned micro-credential.

Title
Program-aligned Micro-credential title
Requirements Presents a link to the requirements.pdf document for aligned public micro-credentials.
Formal PD Credit (if applicable) Value of CEUs for earning the micro-credential, if CEUs apply.
